CYCG is led by Christian B. Young, a strategist with over 20 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and risk management. She has worked with boards, C-suite leaders, and cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver transformation and measurable impact.
Known for her ability to navigate complexity with clarity, Christian aligns people, processes, and strategy to unlock growth. Her career includes leading global initiatives in risk, compliance, transformation, and organizational strategy—consistently producing sustainable outcomes. Beyond consulting, she has contributed to community leadership as Treasurer on the Governing Board of La Casa Norte, advancing initiatives to break the cycle of homelessness, and continues to mentor emerging leaders.
